To register and maintain a Player Account on QSlot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: QSlot reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed through KYC may be suspended pending verification. Any winings acrued by a player subsequently found to be under 21 will be forfeited in their entirety.
To create a Player Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. QSlot reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

QQSlot accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for KYC-verified accounts, subject to the processing limits of the selected payment method. Deposit limits may be adjusted at QSlot's discretion.

QSlot reserves the right to reject, reverse, or hold any deposit that appears unusual, inconsistent with normal player behaviour, or that raises reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud or money laundering. In such cases, QQSlot may request additional verification documentation before funds are credited.
Withdrawals may only be processed for Player Accounts that have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements, and are not subject to any active security review or restriction. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold pending successful verification.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated in the promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these requirements before claiming any bonus.
When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is typically capped at RM250 to RM500, as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or inadvertently — may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being void and forfeited.
Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be entirely excluded from bonus play wagering contribution. Refer to each promotion's specific terms for the applicable contribution schedule.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms — commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date bonus is credited. Expired funds and any winings derived therefrom are automatically forfeited with no right of reinstatement.
Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Winings in excess of the stated cap are forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
